Lionel Messi

Barcelona keep on creating a positive result in the Spanish league competition. After a 5-1 victory over Sociedad, they recorded another victory against Osasuna last Sunday.

The host scored the opening goal, and the panicked Barcelona finally able to equalized the point in minute 76th through Lionel Messi. Unfortunately, a controversy came along with the goal. The replay showed that Alexis Sanchez was a bit in an offside position before he passed the ball over to Messi who then ended it with a goal. Osasuna then had to play with 10 men after Francisco Punal received a red card for protesting the ref’s decision.

10 minutes before the match ended, Barcelona scored their second that also became the winning goal for the team. Again, the goal came through Lionel Messi.
