The Barcelona star Lionel Messi has described Sir Alex Ferguson’s decision to let Carlos Tevez sign for rivals Manchester City as a ridiculous decision; declaring that the Argentine forward will surely come back and take his revenge at Eastlands during the Manchester United vs Manchester City Premier League derby clash.
“I have learnt a lot from Carlos Tevez,” said Messi.
“He has proved this season that he is one of the best strikers in the world, and Manchester United should have shown just how much they have missed him.
“He needed to be in a football club which would have valued him. He is such a nice guy, he must be with a club who really want him and really respect him.”
Manchester City and Manchester United are currently playing against each other, and the score line is still 0-0.
