The English Premier League new giants Manchester City have once again refused to stop persuing Barcelona’s best footballer Lionel Messi.

Following reports from Marca, Manchester City are ready to bring Messi to their club at any cost.

However, considering the fact that Barcelona have also publicized that they are willing to increase their player’s salary, City thought that they needed to do something quite unexpected.

Therefore, they have now asked the Argentina playmaker to propose himself the amount of money he think he deserves to be bought at. Nevertheless, Messi as already made it clear that, despite the fact that this is not the first time Manchester City have expressed their interest in him, he is determined in staying at the spanish club.

Well, the Mancunians don’t really seem to understand the Argentine player – and the public could then be prepared for a greater bid from the Arab billionaires for the one regarded as the best player in the world.
