My dream is to see Barcelona's Lionel Messi at Inter Milan – Luis Figo

The Inter Milan player and former Portuguese captain Luis Figo declared lately that Barcelona’s Lionel Messi was the best player in the world. According to Figo, who left the Catalans to join Real Madrid in 2000, Eto’o is the perfect replacement for Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and therefore, adding the Argentine Lionel Messi to the team would make the Italian club even more unstoppable.

“Lionel [Messi] is the best of all, and this is unquestionable,” affirmed Figo while speaking to Corriere dello Sport.

“His team play is now stronger than last year. My dream is to see Messi playing for Inter.

“Inter no longer depends on Zlatan Ibrahimovic. I really like Samuel Eto’o, and I know Eto’o from when we were at Real Madrid.

“We had three fantastic years with Zlatan, and he gave a lot to Inter. But when he was there Inter relied on him and now that is not the case.”
