Lionel Messi - FC Barcelona, money, tranfer
At the moment, it looks like FC Barcelona are really trying hard to keep their player Lionel Messi from Manchester City. Nevertheless, things are not as easy as they thought they would be…
Barcelona were hoping to convince Lionel Messi to stay in the club with an offer for a new contract which will increase Messi’s current 8 millions Euros net per year deal, and sources indicate that the Argentine forward will soon receive a 2 million Euros increase on his net year salary.
However, Manchester City have beaten Barcelona’s proposal to Lionel Messi with a 12 million Pounds offer for the player’s net salary per year.
So, what will happen next?
In any case, it doesn’t look like Lionel Messi is tempted by Manchester City’s money; even if the English club keeps raising their bids. Loyalty and hapiness, is what really matters.
