Lionel Messi for FC Barcelona

Most clubs in Europe are starting to feel the threat posed by Real Madrid with their new signings.

Of course, Real might have interesting and impressive manners to attract players from all over the world, but although Messi recognizes their abilities, he doesn’t look impressed by their power.

In an interview with the press, Messi was asked about his rivals’ signings, and the coming of Ronaldo in La Liga.

“The signing of Ronaldo is a good one”, Messi confessed.

“With Ronaldo and Kaka, Real Madrid will be stronger, but we will fight. It is going to be a long and hard season and we hope to do even better.”

Leo however went on to dismiss claims that Ronaldo’s entry in Real will be a matter of revenge regarding the Champions League final.

“Ronaldo will want to do the best for his team, as will I.”

“The Champions League final is already in the past.”

Indeed, the Champions League final might be in the past, but who knows if there is going a new story between the two players.
