FC Barcelona 3-0 Sporting Gijon: First La Liga win without Messi

Having immediately taken control of the game, Barcelona took the lead before the 20th minute, when Bojan deflected with his head Keita’s first touch.
The Spanish champions were hungry for more, and before the break, a strong header from the Malian international Seidou Keita allowed them to score a second goal to make the score 2-0.
Sporting Gijon’s defence started losing patience, and their dreadful tackles forced the exit of Bojan and Maxwell from the game.
The game couldn’t end with bad memories, and late in the second half, the Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic headed home a third goal to give the league champions the three points and a three-goals difference.
